At Familia Gómez Moreno we are a century-old company with four generations of experience in the artisanal production of Manchego cheese. We stand out for controlling the entire production process with our own 100% Manchego livestock and for a strong social commitment, where 90% of our workforce are women from rural areas.

They combine tradition and modernity to create “gastronomic jewels” under brands such as Carpuela or Truffego, many with Protected Designation of Origin. Their success lies in the use of pure sheep’s milk and absolute respect for animal welfare, achieving recognition for quality both in Spain and abroad.
