Quesos Gómez Moreno has installed photovoltaic self-consumption solar panels with grid connection to contribute to a cleaner and more sustainable economy in its livestock operation.

To achieve this, it received support from the Regional Government of Castilla-La Mancha through Resolution 22/12/2017 of the Directorate General of Industry, Energy, and Mining, which called for aid co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund for the use of renewable energies in Castilla-La Mancha for 2018. As part of this plan, Quesos Gómez Moreno received a grant of €2,687.74 for the implementation of this grid-connected photovoltaic self-consumption system.
