Handmade ROSEMARY SHEEP CHEESE FORMATS
Presented in two formats, one of 3kg and wedges. This fabulous cheese is presented vacuum-packed, wrapped in its own white paper in which it has been matured; or showing its bark with rosemary for portions.
The interior of the handmade sheep cheese with rosemary Carea, is ivory white, with small eyes distributed irregularly offering a nice contrast with the bark, covered with natural rosemary leaves.
