The manchego Semi-curado pasteurized Certeza cheese, with a maturation of between two and four months, is suitable for pregnant women since, as its name suggests, it is a cheese made with pasteurized manchega milk.
Made by hand with pasteurized milk of manchega sheep from our own livestock. This variety of cheese manages to possess a perfect balance between an authentic flavour and a soft and pleasant texture.

This wonderful cheese is presented with the natural bark clean of molds. In a single format that can change between 2.2 and 2.5 kg of weight.
It has the characteristic flavour of the “usual” cheese, intense, which combined with a soft texture, makes it suitable for all palates.
This manchego cheese has in its cut a white-ivory colour with small unevenly distributed eyes. Preserving the natural bark in its appearance with a protective layer to preserve it from external aggressions and unwanted contamination.
