RECIPES & PAIRINGS – CARPUELA ARTISAN AGED MANCHEGO CHEESE

  • The classic pairing for aged Manchego cheese is a glass of aged or reserve red wine, but here are some bolder recommendations:
    • Aged Manchego cheese with a young, dry, and fruity white wine — typical of Castilla-La Mancha — accompanied by red berries for an exquisite contrast with our most awarded cheese.
    • Aged Manchego cheese with a young red wine and nuts such as walnuts, dried figs, and grapes.
